Due to a problem on the main RSD server, users may log into their computer and see a "new profile." Your information has not been lost. A Help Desk technician will need to visit your PC and retrieve your data for you. This problem is affecting all Algiers schools. Technicians are working as fast as possible to fix this problem and hanlde the normal tickets. |

There appears to be some Internet issues with a few schools. RSD technicians are working on it now. |

Cox has fixed the Internet at Tubman and McDonogh 32. |

Tubman and McDonogh 32 have no internet connection. The central office is aware of the problem. There is no ETA. |
